J'ai reçu un produit qui ne fonctionne pas. Ayant jeté l'emballage et les documents joints, je n'ai pas demandé le remplacement car je n'avais plus les éléments pour le renvoyer avec son emballage et la notice. Je suis déçu, votre SC n'y est pour rien, j'aurais du tester le produit avant de jeter les emballages. Je n'ai plus que le stimulateur et le câble d'alimentation mais je le jetterai en déchetterie comme c'est un produit électronique, a moins que vous me proposiez l'échange malgré mon erreur. Je n'aurai pas du avoir confiance, c'était ma première commande chez vous. Sans doute la dernière malheureusement, cette expérience me fait penser que vous ne faites pas attention à vos fournisseurs.
