Je communique essentiellement par messagerie, le téléphone est trop intrusif. Je n'ai donc pas lu votre message (numéro inconnu, appel en dehors de ma présence). Je ne doute pas de votre bonne volonté et j'assume mes principes. J'assume aussi ma notation ; il est regrettable que vous ayez à corriger un produit qui vous est commandé, tout autant d'ailleurs qu'un produit neuf acheté chez un buraliste. Difficile de penser que vous ne pratiquez pas, comme bien d'autre, l'obsolescence programmée. Marc ISNARD
