    Is your service totally discreet and confidential ? 

    Yes – we will treat your order and enquiry with total discretion. 


    Do you sell names and addresses ? 

    No – we respect our customer's privacy. Although, we can give a telephone number, an e-mail or more information concerning your address to the shipper if he asks for it to help him delivering your parcel. 
    I want to cancel my order Send us an e-mail at service client telling us you want to cancel your order. You account will be credited of the amount of your purchase, only if your order has not been delivered yet. 


    How to register ? 

    Once you have selected products in your basket, click on "Continue". You will have to fill in an identification formulas. You will be able to modify these informations by clicking on "Modify". 


    Do you accept international orders ? 

    Yes, we deliver more than 130 countries. We advice you to inform yourself about legislation of your country concerning the acceptance of the nature of goods on the territory. If your country is not on the list we propose, we invit you to let us know about this sending us an e-mail at service client


    How do I find what I’m looking for ?

     To search for an item, you have several options :    - type a keyword into the search box which appears at the top left of every page.    - try to take a look at each product homepage    - check out our bestseller lists on the right of each homepage. Anyway, do not hesitate to send us your request by e-mail at service client


    What must I do to order ? 

    Once you have selected products in your basket and you have filled in the identification formulas, you have to follow the procedure till the choice of the shipping and payment. After that, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. 

     

    Could you describe the packaging of parcels ? 

    Your order is sent in discreet and secure, strong, padded packaging and does not give our name anywhere on the outside of the package. It is simply written "MD". 

     

    How do you send the parcels ? 

    We send parcels by Chronopost or Colissimo. All parcels have a tracking number.

     

    What must I do to return products ?

     We invite you to check our Terms & conditions of sale, paragraph "returning goods".
