Très peu de sensations pour celui qui porte l'anneau, en revanche la compression est importante et rend le membre beaucoup plus rigide ce qui n'est pas si agréable sur le long terme. Je recommande d'alterner. J'ai fait l'erreur de le garder plus d'une heure et l'expérience fut désagréable.
