Our procedure for an exchange

You wish to make an exchange on one of your purchases, it is possible.

You have 15 days after receipt of your package to inform us of your request.

Indicate in the form, the item(s) you wish to return and the reference(s) you wish to exchange: Exchange request form (by selecting in particular, the information: My received product).

On receipt of the form, Customer Service will provide you with the information you need to return the item(s). The return costs are at your expense.

Our Customer Service only accepts exchanges on returned items that are new, unused, complete and with intact packaging and non-detached covers. 

If, on receipt of the product, one of these criteria is not met, the item(s) may be returned at your expense.

Our procedure for refund

You have 15 days after receipt of your parcel to inform us of your request.

Indicate in the form the item(s) you wish to return to us: Refund request form (by selecting in particular the information: My received product).

On receipt of the form, Customer Service will provide you with the information you need to return the item(s). The return costs are at your expense.

Our Customer Service only accepts refunds on returned items that are new, unused, complete and with intact packaging and non-detached seals. 

If, on receipt of the product, one of these criteria is not met, the item(s) will be returned at your expense without refund.

Our retunr policy

  • If you change your mind, you have 15 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal. 

Returned items must be in new, unused, complete and with intact packaging and non-detached lids. The return costs are to be paid by the customer. In the event that one of these criteria is not met on return, no exchange or refund will be made.

  • If you have received a faulty product or received it by mistake, please send us your request via the return form. Please note that any inappropriate use of the product will not be covered by the guarantee.

The return of the product is the responsibility of Dorcel. After studying your return request, the customer service will send you a prepaid Colissimo label by return email. Upon receipt of the product, if your item does not present any anomaly, Customer Service will send you instructions for use. The product will be returned to you.

The deadline and follow-up my reimbursement

You have 15 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.

Customer Service will respond to your return request by email. 

From the date of acceptance of your return request, you have 14 days to return your item to us.

If your return complies fully with our return conditions, a refund will be made. 

The refund will appear on average 10 days after your return has been processed. The transfer will be made under the heading VMD.
