If in the month following your purchase in one of our Dorcel stores or on our site dorcelstore.com, you find in another store or on another French online site, the same item sold in new condition and less dear, we will refund you the difference.
The product whose price is found to be cheaper must meet the following criteria:
- The product must be strictly identical: same brand, same model, same version, same color...
- Be sold in new condition (used or refurbished products are excluded)
Products sold are not eligible:
- On auction and resale sites, sale between individuals, private sales or on price comparison sites.
- Promotional or sale products.
HOW TO GET THE DIFFERENCE REIMBURSED?
- For a purchase on our website: Send an email to customer service with the following elements: order number concerned by the purchase, a document or the URL link demonstrating the existence of a lower price on the same product. Dorcel Customer Service will confirm receipt of your request by email and will refund the difference within approximately 7 days. Customer Service reserves the right to reject any refund request.
- For a purchase in the Dorcel Boutique: go to your boutique with the receipt for your purchase, as well as a document or the URL link showing the existence of a lower price for the same product. In the event of the lowest price found, the shop will issue a credit note valid for 1 year or a refund. Our store managers reserve the right to reject any refund request.

E-CARD TERMS
PERIOD OF VALIDITY
The Dorcel E-Gift Card is valid for one year on the dorcelstore.com site only.
It can be used several times.
DEMATERIALIZED E-GIFT CARD
During a one-time purchase of an E-Card, the gift e-mail will be sent to the recipient within approximately one hour.
In the case of a multiple purchase (E-Card + product(s)), the e-mail will be sent to the recipient after the physical products have been dispatched. The deadline is between 24 hours to 48 working hours.
If the recipient has not received the e-mail within the deadlines indicated below, we invite you to contact customer service.
GIFT CARD VALIDITY PERIOD
The Dorcel Gift Card is valid for 1 year only in store.
It can be used at once.
