Posologie : 1 à 3 gouttes sous la langue , 20 minutes avant le moment souhaité pour ressentir les effets

Mais il n’y a pas de maximum à ne pas dépasser , selon le poids de la personne , ils peuvent prendre plus de gouttes par prise.
L’huile stimulante peut se mettre aussi dans la nourriture (pour faire des recettes)
